STRAWBERRY BUTTER
½ cup unsalted butter, softened 2/3
cup strawberry preserves
Combine butter and preserves; beat with an electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, or until well mixed. Cover and chill. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving to allow to soften.
Yields 1 ¼ cups.
