FROZEN STRAWBERRY COOKIE PIE

1-9” graham cracker pie shell 1 qt. Vanilla ice cream, softened

1 ¼ cups strawberries 2 cups chocolate sandwich cookies, chopped

Bake shell according to package directions; cool. Mix ice cream with strawberries and cookies. Pour ice cream filling into pie shell. Cover tightly, place in freezer. Freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before slicing.
