STRAWBERRY CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

1-8oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 1 Tbs. powdered sugar

2 Tbs. reserved strawberry juice

Cream all ingredients until light and fluffy. Serve with bread. Yield 1 cup.
